A series of 3 films for an online campaign to show the highlights of Ireland. Filmed on location and presented by Richard E Grant in Ireland during early 2016.

I was DOP for the series, shooting in Ireland. We filmed on the FS7 and A7s with a minimal amount of kit to keep things nimble.

High production values with minimal fuss

I use the A7s a my B camera to keep things fast when on location but I always try to keep the production value as high as possible. We have 15 mins to shoot this PTC with Richard in Belfast Botanical Gardens, which had to include the recce, setup Richard’s delivery. I rigged the A7s on my light-weight gimbal and mounted it on a monopod, and we did three takes of the PTC back to back. The clip below is unedited rushes from the camera.
