Tomorrow’s Food presented by Dara O’Briain is a new series for BBC1 showing the latest food technology.
I shot the stings for the series and also some location documentary filming at the Quorn factory.
The stings were filmed on the F55 with a borescope, mounted on my motion-controlled ladder dolly and controlled using my bespoke 16 axis control system. This is a new motion control unit that I’ve designed and built myself to record and playback live or stop motion camera moves, and tie them into lighting changes.
For this series of shots we kept things fairly simple and just motorised; dolly, focus and iris.
What were the camera used on this shot? Can you list them out please?
I used the F55, but I did a small part of the series and I’m not sure of the cameras used by the others. I know some was F5 and some C300. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
